Due Today: Your final graded research report. Take your edited copy, improved your report and submit it printed and stapled in page order.

After you turn in your report, work on your PowerPoint Presentation of you career research using slide two in your file as an outline of what your slide show presentation requires that was created in class last Friday.

Type together the Works Cited page (will need your handout with your source information)

Continue working on the body of the report. Remember the Summary must have a summary of what you need to know and do to enter the career field, and what you learned from doing this report about this career.

You should have the outline of the report typed by now as side headings for your MLA, Career Research. Work on the content for each part of the report. You can also refer to the report handout.

Tuesday, December 2 Career Research Report

Period 2 Activities:
1. Using your sites for your research, develop either a file for your notes showing your source and location or handwrite your research notes and in the notes show your source and location.
2. Receive Research Report handout and compose a paragraph for the introduction.

Period 3 Activities:
  1. Warmup on Micropace Drills working on the tab sections with the "dots".
  2. Students who did not have time to print their MLA report yesterday on cell phones, need to print the report, front to back in order to save paper.
  3. Timed Writing (3 minute, accuracy) on TW 52, page 48
  4. Receive Research Report handout and compose a paragraph for the introduction
  5. Work on the first section of the report
